1.	For 100% credit, the item must be returned in the original factory sealed box.
2.	If the box has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. If the box has been opened, all items must be in resaleable (new) condition upon return. All components of the equipment being returned, packing materials, boxes, plastic bags, warranty cards, users manuals, and miscellaneous enclosures must be returned with goods being returned.
3.	Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
4.	Special Order items (as stated at the time of ordering) will not be accepted for return.
5.	Used Equipment will only be accepted for return if the equipment is proven defective. Claims of defective equipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of equipment. Abolins reserves the right of determining equipment fitness.
6.	Defective goods will be replaced or repaired but not refunded.
7.	Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase, or by company check if the item was paid for with a check, money order or cash.

Title of merchandise passes to purchaser at the time goods are placed in transit. According to I.C.C. Transportation Regulations, claims for damage must be initiated by the consignee. If there is any damage, or the possibility of concealed damage, please note this on the freight bill.
Don't sign the Freight Bill unless this is noted!

Disposition of the damaged merchandise is determined by the delivery carrier. Do not destroy packing material or boxes until the carrier's agent has examined them.

Obvious Freight Damage: If you receive a shipment from us or our suppliers with obvious freight damage, REFUSE IT and inform us immediately so we can supply a replacement. If you accept a shipment with obvious freight damage and report it after the fact, we will supply a replacement at the originally quoted price. We will provide a credit upon the return of the original, but based upon the salvage terms of the manufacturer. This will delay your credit for the damaged unit.

Concealed Freight Damage: If you accept a shipment, it is YOUR responsibility to open it immediately and report any concealed freight damage to us and to the carrier. If you fail to report concealed freight damage to the delivery carrier immediately and to note it on the freight bill, neither you nor Abolins have any recourse. We will provide a replacement product at the originally quoted price, and if you wish, we will accept the return of the damaged product for whatever credit we can provide, based upon its salvage value.

Abolins welcomes the establishment of open accounts or lines of credit with certain minimum requirements.

1.	We require monthly on-going business in the amount of $200 to ensure an open account.
2.	Our terms are NET 30 Days
3.	Finance charges will apply to ALL accounts past due.
4.	Accounts must be previously approved prior to ordering. Charges currently accrued will not be applied to a future charge account.
5.	An Abolins credit application must be filled out and signed, listing verifiable credit references.
6.	Upon receipt of information from the supplied references, a decision regarding the extension of credit will be made. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the responsiveness of the supplied references.

Shipping regulations for orders shipped within the US

Abolins can ship to any business or residential area as long as a physical address is provided and the order passes all of our security regulations. All packages, regardless of its destination, require signature at delivery time. Abolins will not ship to PO Boxes. Shipments going to hotels, or motels, must be prepaid either by wire transfer or with a money order issued by a US bank. Shipping rates are based on zip code locations and calculated in shopping cart prior to checkout. Abolins reserves the right to hold and/or delay any order indefinitely due to suspicion of of fraudulent activity.

Prices for items sold on this website generally do not include freight charges. However, if an item is specifically noted as offering "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" in a price, then this offer applies ONLY to destinations within the Continental U.S.

Truck Shipment freight charges are based on the item shipping from the Abolins, Inc. warehouse. If the item is being shipped from the manufacturer directly to the customer, or "drop-shipped", Trucking freight charges may be different than what is shown on the order form at the time of order placement. Abolins will notify the customer of any freight charge discrepencies for approval prior to order processing.

ORDER PROCESSING: Most orders will be processed 24-48 hours after they are received. However, some products are drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and may take longer to process. We will notify you of any delays we are aware of regarding order processing. Your order will be shipped to you via your preference, for example UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Ground once the order has been processed internally.

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information is your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information. Abolins collects this information only when you, the customer, submits an order to us through our encrypted Secure Socket Layer protocol order form.

The order form, with your personal information is sent to our secure server where it is retrieved by our order entry staff and entered as an order into our in-house computers for processing. The order information is then deleted off the server. Abolins does not keep this information anywhere but in our physical office location. This information is used only to process your order.
